Spice cakes are a big hit in my family and I make it every year, usually Applesauce Spice Cake, but this year I wanted to try something a little different. Don’t get me wrong, the applesauce version is great, but if I can add pumpkin to a recipe I will! And I think I’ve found a new favorite with this Pumpkin Spice Cake with Cinnamon Swirl.
